Job description:

As a Software Product Sales and Account Executive at Nexifo AI you will play a pivotal role in driving our software product sales and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients. You will work closely with our sales team, marketing department, and product development teams to meet and exceed sales targets, while ensuring client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

Sales Achievement:

  • Identify and target potential clients for our software products and services.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through lead generation, prospecting, and networking

Client Relationship Management:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of products and services.

Product Knowledge:

  • Maintain a deep understanding of our software products, their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Articulate product value propositions clearly and effectively to potential and existing clients.

Sales Collateral and Reporting:

  • Create and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.

Market Research:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Share market insights with the product development team to help shape future product enhancements.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record in software product sales, with a minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and client management abilities.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for technology.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
